Directions to Higgs Farm, Price Maryland

Directions to MDRA field in Price:
  • Field GPS coordinates:  N 39 deg 4.7125 min   -   W 75 deg 52.58075 min
     
  • From the Baltimore/Washington area and points West and South, take US 50 east across the Bay Bridge.
  • After 9 miles MD 301 splits from US 50; Follow MD 301 north to MD 405 (continue, below from Price, Maryland).
     
  • From the Wilmington Delaware area and points East and North, take US 95 south from Wilmington.
  • Exit onto Route 1 south, go about 3 1/4 miles.
  • Exit onto Rt 40/301 south(Pulaski Highway)
  • After 5 miles, turn south onto South College Avenue / 301 South.
  • Follow Rt 301 south, about 40 miles to Price, Maryland
     
  • From Price, Maryland:
  • Turn right (south) on MD 405 and go about 2 miles and turn left onto Murphy Road.
  • Follow Murphy to the "T" intersection with Roe-Ingleside Road.
  • Turn left onto Roe-Ingleside Road.
  • Go about 1/4 mile and turn right onto Bridgetown Road.
  • Continue about 1/2 mile and turn left onto Ell Downes Road.
  • Turn in at the first driveway on your left. Watch for directions to parking

Directions from Sleep Inn in Grasonville to MDRA field in Price:
  • From Sleep Inn parking lot, turn left onto VFW avenue.
  • Go 0.25 miles to Chester River Beach Road; turn left.
  • Continue 0.3 miles, crossing over US 50; turn right onto US route 50 EAST ramp.
  • Use left lanes on US 50; travel 2.75 miles to the US 50 - US 301 split; Stay left for US 301 North.
  • Travel approximately 12.5 to Maryland Welcome Center on the left. (This is probably the nearest public restrooms)
  • Continue on 301 North approximately 1.5 miles to MD route 405, Price Maryland. Turn right onto route 405.
  • Follow route 405 for 2.1 miles; Turn left onto Murphy road.
  • Go 2.25 miles on Murphy road; Turn left onto Roe Ingleside Road.
  • Travel 0.3 miles; Turn right onto Bridgetown Road.
  • Go 0.75 miles; Turn left onto Ell Downes Road.
  • Go 0.25 miles; Turn left into the driveway to the field. Watch for directions for parking.
